New clients
We recommend a personalized renewal facial for your first appointment. The minimum age for spa treatments is 14; teenagers must be accompanied by an adult. Chemical peels and tinting require a patch test at least 24 hours in advance.
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive about 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. Avoid wearing makeup, perfume, jewelry, or tight clothing that may interfere with your treatment. If you are planning a facial, please do not shave immediately before your appointment.
Cancellations
Spa Matrix requires 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show will forfeit the appointment deposit.
Purchases & memberships
Services, packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable. Membership cancellation requests require 30 days’ advance written notice in accordance with membership terms. Please read the complete policies before purchase.
